School Gateway Payments
The School Gateway online payment service is for all school payments from parents.
The online payment method puts you in control; you can access it at any time, track how much you have paid, what is outstanding and make payments.
It is expected that, as far as possible, all parents/carers will make payments using this service. Following the announcement of a school visit or activity parents/carers will be notified by email or text that a payment request is available. You will then be able to log into your School Gateway account to make a payment online using your DEBIT CARD ONLY. Credit cards are not accepted. Your card details are not visible or stored in the Schoolcomms or school system ensuring security at all times.
Not used School Gateway before? Please register for a School Gateway account following the instructions below. It is quick and easy to do. All you need is your email address and mobile number that school holds on record for you.
Visit the website: www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to log into School Gateway.
Trouble logging in? It may be because the school doesn’t have your current email and mobile phone number on record. Please contact the school and we’ll update the details on our system. Arrangements will be made for those parents/carers who do not have access to online facilities.
